Dr. E.R. Báez was born in the Puerto Rican town of Ponce. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2005. Besides being a criminal lawyer, Dr. Báez enjoys guiding individuals and families, believing everything is possible with God. He is married and has four children and one grandchild. He attended the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Liberty University, where he obtained his Ph.D.
Dr. E.R. Báez is the only defense attorney at The Law Office of Dr.E.R. Báez, P.C. He served his country as a Senior Drill Sergeant in the United States Army before becoming one of the best criminal attorneys in San Antonio and Texas. He was assigned to the 1/501st Airborne Infantry Unit during his service. Mr. Báez’s military discipline, training, and experience have greatly contributed to his position as a formidable criminal attorney.

His last but not final book was The Lack of the Spiritual Father, and this book has been used for discipleship programs. Dr. Báez is currently working on two scholastic books and one novel.
